FAQ's - Class Rings
 
How much do I have to pay when ordering my class ring?
The minimum deposit for a class ring is $50.00. You may make the minimum deposit, pay in full, or pay any amount in between.
 
What is the deadline for ordering my class ring?
You may order your class ring at any time. You may order your ring in school, online, or you can mail it to us. If you need your ring by a certain time, please allow 7-8 weeks for delivery.
 
When will a representative be at my school to take class ring orders?

What if I missed the representative at school?  Can I still order my ring?
Yes. You can order your ring at any time online or by mailing it to us.
 
What payment options do I have after my ring has been ordered?
You can pay any amount on your ring at any time. The only requirement is that your ring must be paid for in full before picking it up. You will have until June 15th or 6 months from originally scheduled delivery date, whichever is longer, to pay for your ring in full.
 
Will I get a bill telling me when payments are due and how much I owe?
No, our payment plan is flexible. You can pay any amount at any time as long as the balance is paid off within 6 months of your order date or by June 15th. Your balance must be paid in full before picking up your ring. Please include your school name as well as your name with any payments. Payments can be made by mail with a check or money order, by phone with a credit or debit card, or online with a debit or credit card.
 
What methods of payment are accepted?
In school we accept cash, checks, and money orders. By mail we accept checks and money orders. Over the phone or online we accept Visa debit and credit cards, Mastercard debit and credit cards, as well as Discover and American Express credit cards. If you would like to pick up your class ring in school on a delivery day but want to pay your balance with a credit card, you can pay online or call our office at least 24 hours before the in school delivery.
 
How do I figure out the handling and sales tax on my order?
Before you figure out the tax, you must add the $7.95 handling charge (online only) to your total order. The sales tax for Minnesota is 6.5% so you will need to multiply your before tax total by .065 to figure out the amount of tax (eg. $199.95 + 7.95 = 207.90 * .065 = $13.514 = $13.52). If the tax comes out to fractions of a cent, always round up to the nearest whole cent. You can also figure out the total amount of your order including tax by multiplying by 1.065 (eg. $207.90 * 1.065 = $221.414 = $221.42).
 
When will my ring be ready?
If you ordered your ring in school, check your school's page for scheduled delivery dates. If you ordered your ring by mail, normal delivery takes about 7 - 8 weeks.
 
Is there a charge for shipping and handling?
There is a $7.95 charge for handling on all online class ring orders. There is no handling charge for rings ordered in school.
 
What if I want to make changes to my ring after I have ordered it?
You may make changes to your ring within 72 hours of ordering it by calling our office. After that, no changes can be made to your ring.
 
How will I know when my ring is in?
We will mail you a postcard when your ring comes in with your balance due and any in school delivery dates, if any are scheduled. You may also receive an automated telephone call telling you that your ring is in.
 
What if my ring comes in and I cannot pay for it?
You have 6 months from the date you ordered your class ring to pay the balance in full. You can mail payments, pay by telephone with a credit card, or pay online with a credit card.
 
How do I get my class ring resized or repaired?
First, check for event dates at your school. If there are no dates where a representative will be at your school, you can mail the ring to our office. If you mail the ring, please include your name, return address, school name, and a detailed explanation of what needs to be done to your ring. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your ring back from repair. Ring repairs will be mailed directly to your house when they are finished.
 
What do I do if my class ring is lost or stolen?
If your class ring is lost or stolen within 6 years of the original purchase date, we will remake the exact same ring for you at a fraction of the price. This works in a similar manner as a deductible on an insurance policy. Please contact our office for details on our replacement policy.
 
What do I do if I move to a different high school?
If you move to a different high school, we will make you a new ring with your new school's crest on it absolutely free! We must receive your old class ring within 4 years of the original purchase date of the ring. Please mail your old class ring to our office along with your name, your old school's name, your new school's name, your new school's mascot, and your return address. Please allow 8-10 weeks for your new class ring to arrive at your house.
 
What do I do if my graduation year changes?
If your graduation year changes, we will make you a new ring with your new graduation year on it absolutely free! We must receive your old class ring within 4 years of the original purchase date of the ring. Please mail your old class ring to our office along with your name, your school's name, your new graduation year, and your return address. Please allow 8-10 weeks for your new class ring to arrive at your house.

How much do I have to pay when ordering graduation products?
The minimum deposit for a graduation product order is $50.00. If your total order is less than $50.00, then payment in full is required. You may make the minimum deposit, pay in full, or pay any amount in between.
 
What is the deadline for ordering graduation products?

Is there another deadline if I miss my representative at school?
There is not a specific deadline if you miss all the order dates at school. However, all products are available in limited quantities and on a first come-first served basis. All late orders will be charged an additional processing fee.
 
When will my graduation products come in and how will I receive them?
If you placed your order in school, see the school information page for dates that we will be at your school to deliver graduation products. If your ordered late, your order will be delivered to the office of your school when your products come in.
 
I placed my order through the mail, when will I receive it?
If you order by mail before our final in school order date, your products will be delivered at the in school delivery date. See the school information page for in school delivery dates. If you ordered by mail after the final in school delivery date, your products will be delivered to your school office when they arrive in our office.
 
What if I forgot to order?
Please call our office for information on how to order after the final in school order date.

Why did I receive some of my items when I ordered, but not all of them?
Items such as T-shirts, hoodies, memory books, photo namecard albums, senior bead necklaces, and memory tassels are pre-delivered. You will receive these items when you place your order. The rest of your order will be delivered in the spring.
 
Why should I order a package?
Ordering a package is the fastest and easiest way to get all the products that most people buy for their graduation. As well as being fast and easy, you receive a free gift when you order a package.
 
Can I substitute items in the package I am ordering?
You cannot substitute any items in your package for other items. You can, however, upgrade items in your package. To upgrade to premium namecards, please add $10.00 to the pre-tax price of your order. You may also upgrade the memory album that comes in your package if you would like, just add the difference in price between the two albums to the pre-tax price of your order.
 
Can I order a different quantity of announcements than what is shown?
Yes, you may order any quantity of announcements you want. The amounts shown on the order form are the most common numbers ordered and are only there for your convenience. If you would like to order a different amount of announcements, write in the number you want in the quantity section just to the left of the announcement price.
 
When should I mail my graduation announcements?
Proper etiquette says you should mail your graduation announcements 2 weeks before graduation for in-state recipients and 3-4 weeks before graduation for out of state recipients.
 
What do I do if my name is misspelled on any of my products?
If your name is misspelled on any of your products, please call our office and we will issue a name correction for you. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your corrected product.
 
How should my gown fit me?
Optimally, your graduation gown should lie halfway between your knee and your ankle. However, any length between your knee and ankle is acceptable.
 
What do I do if my gown does not fit correctly?
If your gown does not fit correctly, please call our office and we will order a new gown for you. Since we may have to order a new gown for you from the factory, please give us as much advance notice as possible so we can guarantee you get your gown before graduation.
 
My gown had some wrinkles in it. Should I iron it prior to graduation?
NO! If you iron your gown, you run the risk of burning it. Instead, you can hang it on a hanger for a few days. If there are still wrinkles in it, hang it up in the bathroom and steam from the shower should take care of it.
